* Emails will be returned within 1 business day. We require a $35 deposit for an initial chiropractic appointment and a $45 deposit for an initial massage appointment. There is a 3% surcharged added to all credit card transactions. There is no charge for Debit or HSA cards. Cancellations must be done by phone not via email.
